Bryndza cheese soup / Bryndzová polievka

Today we will cook. When I cook I really like easy recipes which taste good. This is one of them. Of course, if you like "bryndza".
Ingredients:
3-4 peeled and diced potatoes
100 g of bryndza cheese
butter
2 tbsp. of flour
1 tsp of mild spanish paprika
water
5 dl of milk
small pasta flakes

Boil potatoes in slightly salted water.
Creat a cream from potatoes, water (in which they were boiled) and bryndza

Place butter in saucepan and melt it over medium heat.
Blend flour, stirring with a wire whisk. Remove from heat and add paprika.Add the milk and water gradually, stirring the mixture constantly, until smooth and thickened.
 Add mixed potatoes with bryndza.

You can add small cooked pasta, cooked separately until tender.

Dnes budeme variť. Keď varím, mám rada jednoduché recepty, ktoré dobre chutia. A toto je jeden z nich. Samozrejme, ak máte radi bryndzu.
Suroviny:
3-4 očistené zemiaky pokrájané na kocky
maslo
100g bryndze
2 PL múky
1ČL červenej papriky
voda
5dl mlieka
závarka

Uvarte zemiaky v mierne osolenkej vode. Rozmixujte ich s vodou v ktorej sa varili a s bryndzou.

Na panvicu dajte maslo a rozohrejte na strednú teplotu. Za stáleho miešania opražte múku. Dajte preč z ohňa a pridajte papriku. Postupne pridajte mlieko a vodu a stále miešajte, pokým nebude vláčna a nezhustne.
Pridajte rozmixované zemiaky s bryndzou.

Môžete pridať drobnú závarku, ktorú ste uvarili samostatne
